Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

You may return a Product received from the Company only under the following conditions:

In case of a packed Product, the package should not have been opened, should be in good presentable condition, and returned within 24 hours of receipt of the package

The Company will then honour such return of the Product by way of store credit to the Consumer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a clear image of the defective product.

Refunds (If applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and issued as store credit. The refund amount will be credited within 4–5 working days.

Shipping:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
