Caroselle Young Cheddar Cheese

An English cheese, made from cow's milk, it has it origins  from the village of Cheddar in Somerset.  This delicacy undergoes aging and ripening process for 3 months. Widely grated on veggies, omelettes and sandwiches, it is also served along with crackers or bread & fruit.
